Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Ludhiana by hand or courier, and across Punjab and the rest of India by courier/post. For readers outside India, international shipping is arranged after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

Every book is checked before it is packed. We accept returns for books damaged in transit or if you received the wrong title — message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Privacy Policy

We only collect the details you give us when placing an order — name, phone number, delivery address — and use them solely to confirm and fulfil that order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
